Cancellation Policy  ( Normal Days Tour )

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
• Cancellation policy for more than 10 people is no refund because the reservation requires payment in advance

Cancellation Policy ( Tours included airfare or Hotel Accommodation )

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. If a tour participant is canceled his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:

• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
• Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
• Between 3 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Also, the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy which changes from case to another.

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show

Children Policy:

❖ Child till 05.99 years sharing parents the same unit will be free of charge without extra bed.

❖ Child from 06 till 11.99 years will be charge as half adult with extra bed.

❖ Children over 12 years will be charging as one adult.

❖ 02 children in a separate cabin will be as an SGL cabin without extra bed.

❖ 01 adult+01 child under 6 will be considered as a single cabin without extra bed

❖ Maximum Capacity (01 adult + 02 children) or (02 adults + 01 child till 11.99 & 01 child till 05.99) or (03 adults + 01 child till 05.99).

* Conditions:

❖ Above mentioned rates are Per Person, Per tours .

❖ Above mentioned rates are quoted in USD Dollar For Arabs & Foreigners.

❖ Above mentioned rates are net non-Commissionable.

❖ Above mentioned rates based on Full board basis

❖ Above mentioned rates including all applicable taxes.

❖ The single percentage 60 % supplement for the rate per person in DBL cabin rate.

❖ Special rates for groups

❖ All drinks onboard are extra to be charged before departure

❖ Tipping: – Crew: USD. 10 P.P.P.

* Check-in & Check-out:

❖ Check – in time: Not before 01:00 PM.

❖ Check – out time: Not after 08:00 AM.

* N.B.:

All above rates are subject to changes.

* If there is an increase in the government tax, energy (Gas, Fuel, Diesel,…etc.)
